What Does Health Coaching Include?

What Is Biofeedback Training?

Biofeedback is a way of measuring your body’s internal signals in real time, things like brain activity, heart-rate patterns and breathing; and using that information to train your nervous system into healthier, more regulated states. Over time, you learn to influence processes that usually feel “involuntary”, such as stress reactivity, focus and emotional regulation.


Neurofeedback Training

Neurofeedback is a form of brain training, like meditation supported by technology. It uses small sensors on the scalp to measure your brainwave activity in real time and translate it into simple audio and/or visual feedback. When your brain shifts into calmer, more focused patterns, the feedback changes instantly (e.g., the image becomes brighter and the volume increases). Over time, this repeated loop helps your brain learn to spend more time in those helpful states, even outside of sessions.

HRV Biofeedback Training

HRV biofeedback tracks subtle changes in your heartbeat from one beat to the next. By pairing this with guided breathing and awareness exercises, you learn to shift towards a more coherent, resilient state, supporting recovery, resistance to stress, and a sense of calm. Changes in HRV are closely tied to how we experience anxiety; learning to regulate HRV gives you a practical way to influence your body’s stress response.
